A little bit about the business...

Founded in 1990 as part of Dawsongroup plc, DGTCS provide a range of temperature control solutions including modular clean rooms, blast chillers and inflatable chill stores.

Dawsongroup are known for working with their clients, not for them, and building relationships in order to deliver a premium, personable service.

The need for an agency

With the increase of market competition, DGTCS wanted our help to improve their digital awareness with potential and existing clients.

After discussing their current marketing strategy and activities, we constructed a new strategy to maximise their budget and to boost their conversions. This included CRO, SEO, PPC, Social Media and LinkedIn Lead Generation.

As part of the strategy, we created an omni-channel plan to help them disrupt and enter new markets with their products and services. A main function of this was to engage the sales team with the in-house marketing activities to encourage and drive sales, bridging the gap between their internal & external teams to work far more closely within these areas. .

The results of our initial campaigns were a huge success with social traffic increasing by a huge 336.13% within a their first year with us.

A combination of CRO, SEO and PPC saw the website bounce rate reduce by 62.98% and referral traffic increase by 64.01%.

Part of the PPC activities were to minimise the Paid Search budget that was used in-house — our expertise saw the spend reduce but the results increase.
