British Aqua Feeds are a market leader in supplying bulk feed and ingredient to UK and European aquaculture and specimen angling bait manufacture.

The need for an agency

BAF approached Diony through recommendation of being able to work exceptionally well with very niche market brands. Due to this, it was an easy decision to make for their expansion into selling their products online through a new online store and digital strategy that opened further opportunities for them into European markets.

Our solution

Our approach with BAF was to completely refine and re-structure their sales process and streams of revenue, whilst also capturing overseas markets. Through doing this, we created a new digital strategy for them in terms of how they acquire new customers through commerce, through creating their new online store and putting a bespoke SEO strategy together. The new online store was built with a modern design, an effortless buying process and further accessibility for European markets via language and currency functionality.
